Tips on traveling with your art supplies:
Typically, watercolor paint will travel nicely without issue. Using a waterproof palette can help, just squeeze out generous quantities of your paint into the palette and leave the tubes at home! Make sure your palette is protected in a large ziploc bag. OR buy all your paint at Akamai and we will help you get them home safely!
ACRYLIC and OIL PAINT:
Acrylics and Oils can be more difficult to travel with but not impossible. Just take your tubes and pop them into a large ziploc bag along with a printed copy of the MSDS information (get one for acrylics here, or get one for oils here) and write FINE ART SUPPLIES on the bag. OR buy all your paint at Akamai and we will help you get them home safely! Watch this video from Angela for her tips on traveling with oil or acrylics!
